RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is also required.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must remain unused and in their original condition and packaging.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
